Before you can use this method, Microsoft requires that you provide them with other ways of authenticating your identity. In order to ensure you are set up for self-service password resets, please sign into your Office 365/webmail account and add these authentication methods . A phone number can be entered to receive a text or call to authenticate, and an email address (not a SWOCC address) can be entered in order to receive email authentication.
