Reporting Options

Southwestern encourages all individuals to report any alleged or suspected violation of its sex discrimination, sex-based harassment, and related-misconduct policy to a Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Coordinator. 

Title IX Coordinators are responsible for managing and coordinating efforts to prevent and address sexual discrimination, harassment, and/or sexual violence. Reports can be submitted to the coordinator offices below, mail, email, or online at Maxient Reporting Form
