Are a U.S. citizen or resident alien
Plan to earn a degree or transfer to a 4-year college
Are a non-resident, alien student
Plan to attend part-time for personal enrichment or workforce development
Plan to earn dual (high school and college) credit
Are a high school student
Plan to earn a GED and/or
Are interested in English as a second language courses and/or
Would like to upgrade skills before entering college
