"Degree-granting institutions report the outcomes of degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students who are not only first-time, full-time students, but also part-time attending and non-first-time (transfer-in) students. The Outcomes data survey is submitted to IPEDS during the winter reporting period with a due date in early February.

* Outcomes reporting was first required with the 2015-2016 IPEDS report year and was for 6 and 8 year outcomes through 2016-2017.
