Description
This course provides training for financial aid professionals and other student services staff. The training is designed to enhance the staff knowledge regarding federal financial aid programs, state aid programs, scholarship programs, and student loan programs. Additionally, training may include financial literacy strategies, federal tax preparation information and specific instruction on award eligibility and disbursement. Best practices in financial aid and financial literacy will be discussed.
