Description

This course is designed introduce beginning students who have already been exposed to fitness and exercise to Hatha physical yoga. Instruction will include the background, safety precautions, and value of yoga. Stretching, postures, proper breathing techniques, and stress reduction will be emphasized along with the health and wellness benefits of introducing the practice into everyday fitness routines.
