Description

Living in the Bay Area means we’re lucky enough to experience incredible fish and shellfish all year long. Knowing the various cooking methods will help you produce appetizers, soups, and entrees with our local bounty. You will learn how to shop for the freshest seafood and what to do with it when you get it home. This class includes a hands-on session in the kitchen where you will prepare various seafood items.
