Description

This is a fully immersive two-day course that will begin with fundamentals such as recipes, ingredients, measuring, and scaling and end with hands on baking techniques used in the baking world. This course is ideal for anyone who takes delight in creating an array of baked goods and expanding their knowledge to produce delightful treats. This course has a focus on the acquisition of skills and techniques and does not focus on specific recipes. Recipes covered will be shared with students to create again at home.
