Soft German Pretzel Making (CRT 0103)

Students will learn how to make soft German pretzels. Mixing, ingredient selection, forming and shaping, poaching for flavor and texture, baking and finishing techniques. There will also be a beer-cheese sauce demonstration and sampling.
