Ignite the Spark-This training introduces the Oregon Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS), now known as Spark, and provides basic information about QRIS/Spark and how early learning programs can become involved. Trainers from Central Coordination for Child Care Resource and Referral Network will discuss resources and information for those interested in increasing the quality of their early learning programs and how to prepare programs to become Spark rated.
