Southwestern's regional accreditation by Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) was reaffirmed during the June 2020 commission meeting.  Southwestern is to submit a regularly scheduled evaluation report as part of the Mid-Cycle Review Spring 2023, which is consistent with the minimum reporting requirements of NWCCU.
