Trainings for supervisors working in community college will cover a range of topics that will include most current issues that have risen up in the field, changing legislature, laws, and developing skills in budding supervisors and those needing to hone skills. Range of topics will include Conflict Resolution, Communications Skills, Training Employees, Delegation, Employee Evaluations, Management vs. Leadership, Leading by Example, Time Management, The Power of Positive Feedback, Building Teamwork and Trust, Establishing Shared Goals, Quality Assuance, Improving Customer Service, Surveys, Building Respectful Workplace, etc.
