This training is targeted towards employees within an institution. Through this training employees will build a greater understanding in areas such as the Constitution, Civil Rights, Cultural/Ethnic/Economic/Sexual discrimination and/or harassment, Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, Childhood Adversity, PTSD sensitivity, violent intruder precautions, software, pedagogy, Assessment, work place safety, and Accreditation requirements.
