Description

This course will provide a new perspective on the aging process and longevity. Introduction to existing theories and hallmarks will help better understand our body's response to changes with time and how to prevent them. During the class, you will learn about biological clocks and how to measure your actual biological age. Based on the latest scientific discoveries, the possibility of slowing down the aging process and even reversing it will be demonstrated. Learn how to help yourself to prevent age-related diseases like heart attack, stroke, dementia, glaucoma, arthritis, etc., to extend your longevity and keep good health for years to come. It is never too late to start taking care of yourself, especially in the case of preexisting conditions.
