Insanity Workout (PE 0513)
Term: 2022-2023 Academic Year Summer Term
Insanity workouts are fitness classes that will have students perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercies with short periods of rest. Each insane workout keeps students constantly challenged as they alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals are encouraged to be performed at the individual's maximum capability. The results: burn up to 1,000 calories an hour as well as gaining a healthier body and lifestyle.
