Description

An introduction to the Hatha physical yoga. Includes the background, safety precautions, and value of yoga. Stretching postures, proper breathing techniques, and stress reduction will be emphasized. This course will focus on the health and wellness aspects that are gained in making yoga an integral part of everyday life.
