Description
This course introduces students to the foundational mathematics of the computer industry. Mathematic topics including scientific notation, decimal, binary and hexadecimal arithmetic, sets and logic, and Boolean Algebra and their applications in the computer industry will be covered. Offered by the mathematics department in cooperation with the CS/CIS faculty.
