Description
The scope of this class is to provide instruction and assessment in the subjects of navigation general, deck general, safety, and environmental protection as appropriate for the following MMC National Officer Endorsement upgrades:
• OUPV, Mate or Master not more than 200 GRT from Inland and Great Lakes, or Inland Only to a Near Coastal route. Mariners with a COLREGS limitation on their credential must also complete the Rules of the Road (COLPAC 431) course, AND;
• OUPV to Mate or Master not more than 200 GRT, OR;
• Mate or Master not more than 100 GRT to Mate or Master not more than 200 GRT.
