The purpose of this Tank Barge: Dangerous Liquids Course is to provide training and assessment in lieu of examination in the subjects listed in Table 2 to 46 CFR Part 13.121(e) for the Merchant Mariner Credential endorsement as Tankerman-PIC (Barge) Dangerous Liquids.
