Description

This course provides instruction and assessment in the subjects of Navigation General; Chart Navigation; Rules of the Road; Deck General, and Safety, and Environmental Protection as necessary to satisfy the exam requirements in lieu of testing for Master 100-ton or less with either an Inland, Inland and Great Lakes, or Near Coastal route. This course is open to all mariners; however, it is highly recommended that mariners meet the professional requirements for the endorsement before taking this course.
