Description

The scope of this course is to provide a review and open book assessment of the Rules of the Road, Navigation General, Deck General, and Safety subjects as necessary for the safe operation of inspected and uninspected vessels. This course is open to all mariners holding an officer endorsement of OUPV, or Master or Mate not more than 200 GRT.
