Assistance Towing Endorsement (MARI 0042)
Term: 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Term
The scope of this course is to provide instruction and assessment in knowledge of towing terminology, hazards, and safety with a focus on commercial assistance towing procedures. This course is open to all mariners holding an officer endorsement of OUPV, or Master or Mate not more than 200 GRT.
