Description
This course provides valuable information regarding substance abuse, prevention, and early intervention. The information assists partcipants in understanding how their beliefs, decision making, and choices influence their lives. The course includes class discussions, videos, and handouts focusing on the addiction process and physical effects of marijuana and alcohol. The emphasis of the course consists of learning awareness tools useful in the process of decision making and how life stressors relate to marijuana and alcohol consumption.
