1-day workshop consists of presentations on the primary material outlines in the MFC textbook by John Brunacini and Tim Dietz. Managing a Fire Company presents on an effective Company Officer’s traits and their expectations, along with managing readiness, service delivery, HR matters, as well as addressing personnel issues in the most positive, corrective manner possible.
