Description

The goal of the first of a three term series in Paramedic education is to begin fundamentals on patient assessment, airway management and ventilation, and general pharmacology (to include medication administration and dosing). Then focus on pathophysiology of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems to include identification and treatments of related emergencies.This is the first of a four-part course as set forth by the National EMS Education Standards.
