Description

This course will guide you through stacking, filling, frosting, and decorating a mini cake and then packaging it along with a few other treats to gift to someone special. This course is ideal for anyone who loves to treat their friends and family to heartfelt surprises and wants to expand their knowledge on basic cake decorating and piping techniques. This course focuses on the acquisition of decorating techniques and does not focus on specific recipes. The recipes covered will be shared with students to create again at home.
