Description
Public Safety Legal Concepts II is the second module of the Reserve Officer Training Academy. The course exposes reserve officers to Oregon Constitutional law concepts and the impact for failure to follow those guidelines. The course also exposes the reserve officer to potential civil liability issues and the necessity to be aware of and follow department policy. Course content is based on material local law enforcement agency heads want their reserves to be aware of.
