Description

This course is a self-initiated physical exercise regimen that may encompass cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, increased balance and flexibility, and/or stress reduction. This environment will provide the opportunity to exercise independently or to work together for a group physical exercise experience. The goal is to enjoy the benefits of lifelong learning and increase awareness of overall health.
