High School GPA Tuition Waiver Form
This form is for high school students who have received an eligibility email as their transcripts show they have a 3.75 cumulative high school GPA or higher. This waiver covers the cost of tuition only and does not cover related class or institutional fees.

Students wishing to take advantage of this waiver should submit this agreement along with a final, official copy of their high school transcript to the Office of Admissions at Southwestern. By submitting this application/agreement, the student recognizes the following waiver stipulations and requirements. The student also acknowledges his/her intent to enroll at Southwestern:
